Question

Здравствуйте, я проживаю по адресу г. Караганда, ул. Алиханова 32. Квартира находится на пятом этаже и регулярно испытываю трудности с холодной водой: напор сильно слабеет в утреннее и вечернее время. Лишь в определенное время напор восстанавливается, но по утрам умыться бывает сложно.

Прошу Вас принять меры и увеличить давление воды в доме по адресу ул. Алиханова 32 до минимального уровня, определенного техническим регламентом "Общие требования к пожарной безопасности".

На Ваше обращение от 27.08.2024г. ID – 11311 сообщаем, что Центральным цехом водоснабжения 02.09.2024 г. в 19:40 был произведен замер давления в колодце на вводе дома № 32 ул. Алиханова. Давление составило: на магистральной трубе d-160 мм п/э (до задвижки) – 2,4 атм, на трубе d-63 мм п/э (после задвижки) – 2,4 атм. Со слов КСК «Роза», жалоб на слабое давление с этого дома не поступало. Рекомендовано провести обследование разводки по подвалу, стояков и запорной арматуры в подвале силами КСК «Роза»
